This process also ”sets” the ata grass, which is one of the reasons these handbags are as durable as they are stunning.

Another unique feature of She Shells handbags is the sewn in cotton textile lining, whose patterns are carefully chosen to coordinate with each style of bag. The lining for the open style handbags can be easily cinched closed with a drawstring.

The exterior of each bag is embellished with a beautiful polished seashell and some with a fashion ribbon. Each seashell is natural so there are slight variations to the size and shape of each shell, which is another reason why each bag is unique.
