We guarantee your satisfaction with any of our products.  If you are not happy with any of the items you have purchased from us, we will accept returns for a full refund within 10 days of delivery, except for custom orders. See below for policy on custom orders.

Items that have been used, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return and will be returned to sender.

Returned items that have not been properly packaged and arrive broken cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.


Purchases made at Amazon.com are subject to Amazon.com's refund policies.

CUSTOM ORDERS - MADE TO ORDER
Special order, items made to order or custom orders may not be returned.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates (eCertificates) arrive by e-mail within 48 hours of purchase. You may send send it to yourself (recipient), print it, present it or forward to anyone you wish. Or you may have it sent directly.

We recommend that the recipient print out or save a copy of the e-mail (eCertificate), or write down the gift certificate code(s) and keep them in a safe place. You will need these code(s) to redeem your gift certificate(s) online. Remember, this code is freely transferable, so you should treat it like money.

To use your gift certificate(s) at Ocean Offerings simply add items you want to buy to your shopping cart. At checkout time, enter your gift certificate code(s) in the appropriate box.

Make sure that you enter the complete code, starting with the "@" sign.

If you've received more than one gift certificate for Ocean Offerings, you can enter all the codes separated by commas. If the amount of the gift certificate covers the cost of your order, you don't need to enter your credit card information. However, if the gift certificate amount doesn't cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance by credit card.

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

SAVE WITH OUR COUPON SPECIALS
Watch for our "Coupon Sales". From time to time we will offer special discounts. To receive these savings simply enter the applicable Coupon Code when you Check Out.

There will be times that multiple Coupon Specials are available. However, only one coupon is valid per order.

TAXES
We are required to collect state sales tax when shipping to the following states:

Massachusetts 6.25%

Customers are responsible for complying with their state's applicable laws pertaining to the payment of sales and use tax on goods purchased out of state.


PAYMENT POLICIES
At this time we can process your order by on-line submission, for payments by credit card (see below), or mail for payments by check or money order.

The fastest processing of your order is by credit card. Personal checks or money orders must be received by us before we can process your order. This will delay your order approximately 7-10 days.

If paying by personal check or money order proceed to Check Out after you have finished shopping, review your order and complete shipping, billing, other and payment information. Click Place Order and print the Order Confirmation. Enclose this with your check and mail to:

If you are uncomfortable submitting your credit card number with your order, not to worry - you can still submit your order. Just proceed to Check Out after you have finished shopping; review your order and complete shipping, billing, and other information. At Payment Method select Credit Card # Telephoned. Leave Card or account number and Expiration date blank and click Place Order. Once we receive your order, we will telephone you to obtain the necessary credit card information over the telephone.

Purchases made at Amazon.com may be paid for by the credit cards accepted by Amazon.com.

SHIPPING and DELIVERY
Please check the Availability of the item you are ordering and allow additional time for shipping (ground 5-7 days). Availability is the time it takes to leave the studio or warehouse (not the time it takes for you to receive it).

Ocean Offerings ® provides FREE GROUND SHIPPING, within the 48 contiguous United States. If you have any special requests for shipping please contact us. There will be a charge for alternative shipping. Please email sales@oceanofferings.com for pricing.


We are a non-stocking retailer so please contact us if you reside in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada so that we can let you know which items can be shipped outside of the continental United States.

Remember, UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. We ship USPS to P.O. Boxes. Please make the appropriate shipping selection when you checkout.

We try to have your purchases delivered as quickly as possible. We will always keep you informed as to the availability of each of our unique items.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, within 10 days of delivery date. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, please call us at 508.758.3208 or email us at sales@oceanofferings.com for return instructions.

Items that have been used, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return and will be returned to sender.

Returned items that have not been properly packaged and arrive broken cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Barometers that have been assembled and calibrated cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender. Barometers must be in the exact condition you received them in order to be considered for return.

To return a purchase:

1. Email sales@oceanofferings.com or call 508.758.3208 to tell us about the return and we will give you instructions on making the return.

2. Please be sure to pack and insure appropriately.

3. Enclose your packing slip with an explanation of why you are returning the item.

Refunds issued will be as a credit to the original credit card used for purchase. Cash refunds will not be issued.

HOW TO FIND SOMETHING
There are three ways to find what you want: each page has direct links to different categories of merchandise, and sometimes to individual items. Ocean Offerings® has an alphabetical index. Click on the Site Index button on the bottom of the page to view the index. Ocean Offerings® is searchable. At the top of the page enter the word or words you are looking for in the box and click search.

HOW TO BUY
Buying from Ocean Offerings ®, a Yahoo! Store is easy and secure. You don't have to fill out a registration form or download software to shop here. And when you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by Yahoo! Store's secure server.

All online transactions at Ocean Offerings ®/Yahoo! Stores are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. The encryption process takes all your information and scrambles it before it is transmitted over the Internet.

Look for the lock or key icon at the bottom of your browser window when you enter a secure area. The lock will be closed and the key will no longer have a strike through it.

For every in-stock item, there will be a button. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping. You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. To review the items in your shopping basket, click on the View Order link at the top of the page. When you are finished shopping and want to place the order, click on the Check Out link at the top of the page.

PROBLEM ORDERING
If you click on the Order button and get no response, it is probably because you can't connect securely to our server. As a test, try going to https://www.microsoft.com. If you can't connect securely to Microsoft either, then you have a very, very old browser, in which case you should upgrade. Or you are behind a corporate firewall that won't allow secure connections. Ask your network administrator to fix it, or order from home.
