Each piece is crafted from hard ceramic, a strong material with attributes similar to Italian stoneware. Fired at high temperatures for durability, the collection is dishwasher and microwave safe, and select items are oven safe.

Care: Dishwasher Safe - We recommend using a non-fragrant/non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent on the air dry cycle (or econo heat when available). It is recommended to place the dishes so they avoid touching during the high pressure dishwashing and as such we recommend you do not overload the dishwasher. All dishes should be dried thoroughly before being stored.
Microwave Safe - The temperature of VIETRI pieces may vary after microwave use due to the handmade nature of quality, natural clays. Thus, as with all products used in a microwave, please use the following precautions:
- Dinner Plates: 10.75" D
- Salad Plates: 9" D
- Cereal Bowls: 6"D, 3.25"H
- Pasta Bowls: 9.5"D, 1.75"H
- Mugs: 4.5"H, 12 oz
- Condiment Bowls: 5.75"D, 1.5"H
- Cocktail Plates: 6.5"D
